BLOOMINGTON – Indiana University Health, the Brown County Community YMCA, members of the community and elected officials came together for a ceremonial groundbreaking on Wednesday, Sept. 13, to celebrate the upcoming construction of a new medical office building off State Road 46E and Maple .
