you were obviously the one driving the vehicle, right? no one else was controlling it somehow? i had a glass of wine before dinner. had you consumed any medicine or other drugs today? how many medications are you getting every day. ing medications impairing your ability to drive? do you happen to note names of the medications? do you know what you take them for, as far as the medications, all ones that you have consumed today, when was the last time that you consumed them? do you feel any effects right now from any of those medications? do you feel like you are not impaired, we can skip to doing a breath test. can you grab on to my shoulders. feet together, arms on to your side. lift up your thigh and then close your eyes and i m going to say it again. i don t want to you injure yourself. would you be willing to do the breathalyzer test? i wouldn t want you to fall over and hurt yourself.

this is from the criminal complaint that s been released. mr. pelosi performed explained and field sobriety tests, and .082% blood alcohol level, and in addition to some kind of a drug found in his system. we don t know which one. what do you read into these details? so it s really interesting because there was a strategic step whether it was done by the officers, maybe mr. pelosi refused to take the breathalyzer test, but if there s a delay between a breathalyzer test and the blood test, that blood test will show, depending on the time it was taken, your body absorbs alcohol. so the blood alcohol content derived from the blood test is presumably hours later. and therefore your body is absorbing some alcohol, it would
out, right? and then when you and fox went and tried get dash cam video footage and the mugshot, then the d.a. is saying well, wait a minute, we are not sure we are going to charge him with anything. how in the heck did you then take him to get booked? you have to have evidence before you take somebody to arrest them to get booked. the evidence, for example is what you are talking about. did he do a breathalyzer test? if i did, what was the result? it was above .08? i bet it was or they wouldn t have taken him in to get booked. if he refused that did he do a blood test. if he refused that, did he do a sobriety test? what was the result of the sobriety test? this tells me that after he was booked and he wailed out, that the whole platted form changed here and they stopped you from getting information that you are entitled to, there is a law in california ab 754, 2019 law you are entitled to that dash cam footage unless that d.a. can show clear and convincing
