Professor Ann O Doherty urged any woman with symptoms to come forward and said that more money must now be invested in symptomatic services that are really on their knees . Speaking on RTÉ s Morning Ireland, Prof O Doherty said BreastCheck will get to all women waiting for a mammogram as quickly as possible but warned that she could not say when this would happen because the national programme has to screen the whole country.
