The case against the 29-year-old art gallery owner and billionaire's son was raffled off Thursday to the San Fernando City, La Union Regional Trial Court Branch 27, under Judge Romeo Agacita, according to Department of Justice (DOJ) Undersecretary and spokesperson Emmeline Aglipay-Villar, in a text message to reporters. "He is the same judge who issued the provisional hold departure order," she added. "As of this morning, a warrant of arrest has yet to be issued. We will secure a copy as soon as it is already available." Ongpin. Department of Justice (DOJ) Undersecretary and spokesperson Emmeline Aglipay-Villar told the media via text message that the criminal information against Ongpin will be filed at the Regional Trial Court of San Fernando City, La Union following the resolution of the case on Monday. "The same information also states that the offense is non-bailable," Villar said. A precautionary hold departure order was issued on October 8 by the La Union court, directing the Bureau of Immigration to bar Ongpin from leaving the Philippines. In a text message to the media on Friday, Prosecutor Honey Delgado of the Office of the Prosecutor General said Ongpin, 29, and representatives of the Philippine National Police appeared during the continuation of the preliminary investigation.
