It’s been 10 months since Americans stocked up and stayed home to reduce the spread of the coronavirus. People ate more and exercised less. Weight was gained. It’s no surprise, then, to learn that the top New Year’s resolution for 2021 is to adopt healthier habits.
A survey by Statista Global Consumer Survey found that out of all U.S. participants who said they were making one or several New Year’s resolutions, 44% wanted to exercise more, while 42% planned to eat healthier in 2021.
