Terrion S. Atkins, Jr., 18, of Jonesboro, was arrested in Ruston on Tuesday afternoon on a charge of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Bre’Untae Hicks, 27, also of Jonesboro, last weekend.
The Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for Terrion S. Atkins, Jr., for second degree murder stemming from gun violence over the weekend.
