During the briefing, i received a telephone call from the fema administrator as well as the secretary of Homeland Security. Talked, in the phone call, about more ways in which the state of texas will be collaborating with fema and with the federal government. That will be part of the material i cover today. We had a long briefing that i will like to break out in a lot of detail because, as you know, there is a lot going on. I will be discussing what is going on in houston, but also covering the ongoing challenges we are dealing with in other parts of the state. Let me start with the weather.
