The Hawk Eye reports that the district's construction manager Tim Seibert, president of Carl A. Nelson and Co., and representatives from Bray Architects presented the designs for the upcoming renovations to the high school. The three major renovations include remodeling of the first and second floor of the classroom wing on the building's east side, a fitness room addition behind the current safe room, and enclosing the connection between the industrial arts and main buildings. Multiple areas of the school's classrooms and office spaces will also be renovated. The public will get the chance to see a presentation of the proposed changes during the BHS open house event on August 23rd, from 5 to 7 PM.
