Malcolm Gladwell stated he was “puzzled” by The New Yorker’s firing of Jeffrey Toobin.
In an article published Tuesday by the New York Times, Gladwell an author who also works for The New Yorker claims he “couldn’t find any intellectual justification for what they [Condé Nast, the magazine’s parent company] were doing. They just assumed he had done something terrible, but never told us what that terrible thing was.”
