LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) â Due to inclement weather, some Baptist Health offices delayed openings on Tuesday.
The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Lexington Green opened at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. Outpatient diagnostic centers will open at 10 a.m.

Local nail spa donates part of tips to charity

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) â All weekend long, The Nail Shop in Nicholasville s Brannon Crossing shopping center has been donating half of all their tips to the Salvation Army s Angel Tree Christmas charity event.
The event gives Christmas gifts to kids in need.
The Nail Shop Owner Kim Huynh says she was hesitant to ask her staff to donate part of their salary, but she says everyone was on board to help the kids.
Huynh says to earn even more money for the cause, now until Wednesday, she will be matching her employees tips and hopes to earn $1,000 by the end of the week.
