Last week's winter weather altered our usual schedules, so we don't have a new visit with Randy Dixon to explore the archives of the David and Barbara Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History. But we do have a previous segment from last August as we examine the history of the Razorback marching band.
In 1997 Randy Dixon and a small crew from KATV traveled to Barrow, Alaska to do a report on a changing climate. This week Randy brings us archives from that trip and new interviews to help gauge what the climate has done in the past quarter century.
Earlier this year, four legendary Arkansas radio personalities gathered for a fundraiser event at the Central Arkansas Library System. This week, Randy Dixon with the David and Barbara Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History brings us highlights from the event showcasing the hayday of radio in Little Rock.
