EAST LIVERPOOL In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Charles L. Tudor, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $500 and given 200 days in jail (60 imposed) on charges of a probation violation, unlawful restraint and domestic violence.
Robert L. Wright, Riverview Street, was fined $100 for failure to stop for a school bus.
Ashley M. Butler, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $100 for passing a school bus with flashing lights.
Brandon S. Myers, Third Street in Wellsville, is scheduled for a pretrial March 22 on a city income tax charge. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail for violating his probation for a drug paraphernalia charge.
A motion hearing has been set April 14 for Camaren R. Harden, Youngstown, on a marijuana possession charge.

EAST LIVERPOOL A former city public official was one of eight county residents who have a date in court for tax charges.
On Dec. 31, summonses were issued for Brian S. Allen, of Shady Lane Drive, for failure to file city income tax for multiple years.
Allen served as the city’s safety-service director, who acts as the city’s liaison between the administration, council and city operations and chief adviser to the mayor. His duties also included oversight of the city’s safety and service department as well as the city’s annual budget, which is dependent on income from the city’s tax base for city operations.
