The Gonzales County 10-year-old was being interviewed for allegedly making threats when he said he shot and killed a 32-year-old man he didn't know, officials say.
The boy, whose name is being withheld by police, was unknown to investigators until April 12, when his school reported he'd threatened to kill a classmate on a school bus the day before.
