Neighbors in Rancho Cordova say they are still in shock over the brutal killing of 20-year-old Emma Roark by a homeless man near the American River Parkway.
Emma Roark was last seen alive on Jan. 27 when she left her home to go for a walk. Her family became concerned about her whereabouts six hours later and alerted police.
