Driver charged in relation to highway altercation in Prince George

The Prince George RCMP responded to multiple 9-1-1 calls reporting a two-vehicle collision and disturbance on Highway 97 at Houghtaling Road in Prince George on June 30th of this year.
“Witnesses reported that a car t-boned a full-size pick-up and continued to push the truck across three lanes of the highway and over the curb, leading to a physical fight between drivers,” explained Constable Jennifer Cooper of the PG RCMP.
Brandon James Peters pleaded guilty to Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle and was given a Conditional Sentence of 6 months with 18 months’ probation on December 18th.

- Robert James Herron (born 1969) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence and one year probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for possessing stolen property over $5,000 and possessing a firearm without a licence or registration. Herron was also issued a three-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the firearm count. - Anna Marie Elizabeth Thibodeau (born 1977) was sentenced to to a six-month conditional sentence and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for possessing stolen property over $5,000, possessing a firearm contrary to an order and possessing a firearm without a licence or registration. Thibodeau was also issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the firearm without licence or registration count.
