By noon, 54 which was yesterdays forecast and actual high in philadelphia. By 3 oclock im expecting 59 and it wouldnt be out of the question that some of you see 60 this afternoon. The dramatic river rescue after a woman drives her car right into the schuylkill river. She is alive tonight after some rowers rescued her. Good evening, im jessica dean im Ukee Washington.
