Brandon Farbstein, 22, was born with an extremely rare form of dwarfism that made him the target of cyberbullying at his Virginia high school. Determined to ensure other students didn't suffer the same experience, he was the driving force behind two new laws in Virginia on bullying prevention and a state requirement to teach empathy and emotional intelligence in all K-12 schools.
