Well, certainly as far as maintenance goes, like i said, we do have approximately 32 buildings. And so first and foremost the 1700 units and the 3,000 tenants that we serve, we need to make sure those units are efficient and quality Affordable Housing. And so we are embarking on that project but also we are an Affordable Housing developer. So at the moment we are working on our proposal for 1950 mission street, a new 100 percent Affordable Housing development that is near the 16th street bart station.
