The transition was first envisioned in 1998 when icann was form and supported by democratic and republican administrations since. Ill leave you with one point today. No one controls the internet. You can think about it as a machine with many moving parts. With icann being just one part of that machine. And icann can be replaced in that machine. It has nothing to do with content or freedom
And those are very difficult and challenging things. Its not a large solution to every piece of it. They want to continue to address some of the challenges. I think theres more to be done there. Moving to a different servicer affords a different opportunity and some other tools to be able to move it. There is work to be done there, and nsi extension was certainly part of that, the neighborhood stabilization. And i think its also about treating different buckets of delinquent loans even differently. Selling off decent condition notes is very different than selling a bunch of vacants. We havent seen real different treatment from the bulk sales programs. Going forward, maybe we do trstop that a little bit more. If your fha and servicers cant, or you dont want to do principal reduction, there is this idea that the note buyers getting a discount will be in a better position than economically incentive to do principal reduction. But right now we dont have a requirement that they do that. Sim

Forces in iraq where you also have iranian forces. Some inadvertent action that run up against each other how do you see these issues getting worked out over time . He makes this intriguing prospect of American Forces in iraq somehow not fighting advisers there are going to be engaged in combat. That is very much a disagreement depending on whether you talk to someone at the pentagon are at the white house. Certainly the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff have indicated that the pentagon envisions they will be working with iraqi forces on the grou
At the department of defense i saw a statistic that suggested we are losing quality personnel in the acquisition community. Reflected in some of the results we have. I think quality personnel, for starters. I. T. Is a world we are getting into with increasing frequency. We have some issues there across the entire federal government. Ofecognize the importance an efficient, quality Acquisition Program for the benefit of the taxpayer. I know it is something i am going to have to focus on.
