A second red Weather Warning for the North East Of Scotland from midnight tonight. Fiona lamdin reports from brechin, north of dundee where people had to leave their homes because of flooding. Last night, she was adamant she wasnt leaving. I heard the water in the garage of our house, and this is how close weve got to escaping in our car, which is a hybrid, but we thought for a horrible moment we were trapped in it, because we couldnt get the doors open. We feel rescued now. David and isla and their beloved spaniels were sheltering in their attic before help came. We all came out through the bedroom window. Ive been up in the attic since five oclock, basically, since the water started coming into the house. This is still very much an ongoing operation.
