But never was that more apparent than in the class of 2021.
Oregon signed its first-ever five-star quarterback, Ty Thompson, All-American Bowl offensive tackle Bram Walden and gigantic 6-foot-8, 285-pound tackle/guard Jonah Miller, giving the Ducks three of the top five players from the state.
Hoping to keep that pipeline flowing in 2022, Oregon recently made the final four for 247Sports composite four-star defensive end Zac Swanson, out of Brophy College Preparatory School (Phoenix, Arizona).
