Developing news, a manhunt under way for two men police say are dangerous after a shooting in the parking lot of a livermore shopping center, one person is dead. Another injured. Hello, im reggie an key. The shooting happened just after 6 00 at the Livermore Arcade Shopping Center on first street. Thats where Melanie Woodrow is tonight. What can you tell us . Well, natasha, i want to show you whats going on right now. That is the victims vehicle is just about to be towed here. We have brandnew information regarding these victims that has just been released. They are two adult males in their 20s. The driver was shot dead. The passenger is in surgery. The sergeant on the scene tells me these men are from california but not livermore. The suspects, two men are from california but not from livermore. According to the sergeant on the scene, theyre armed with an assault rifle. The suspects get away vehicle was last spotted in oakland.

Big story this morning is the torrential rain in texas. So this is causing some flooding with massive amounts of rain. In fact, we are look at nearly 7 inches around austin, texas since midnight. It will continue to move up through mexico and bring more rain into texas. So they are just getting slammed in the Lone Star State. And more rain headed into louisiana, up to the ohio river valley. Reports of flooding and land slides after Hurricane Patricia came on shore. No word of fatalities or major damage right now. Mexicos president says the damage is actually smaller than expected. Thousands of people were evacuated along the southwest coast of mexico. Residents and tourists moved inland and those who could not get out simply tried to take cover. Sunshine and temperatures above average. We are looking at a storm system that is slated for the Pacific Northwest, the tail end of it will give us a little bit of precip perhaps tomorrow and that will cool us off. You can see most of the Energy Heading up too extreme Northern California and we are back to more dry weather, but they have nothing but rain and in fact historical flooding here in eastern and central texas. This is just been unbelievable with 7 and 8 inches of rain since midnight. More than 10 to 12 inches of rain is expected and now this, the surge of moisture from tropical depression patricia will continue to add into the problems in texas. So the mountains have weakened this considerably from a hurricane early this morning, a minimal hurricane to a tropical depression and this area of low pressure then pushing into the Houston Galveston Area tomorrow.
