A winter storm warning remains in effect for several counties in north Georgia until 7 a.m. or noon on Sunday.
A winter weather advisory that had been extended to include Gwinnett, Barrow, Banks, Jackson, Hall and Forsyth counties expired earlier Sunday morning.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Eboni Deon said people in those areas need to be very careful if you have to travel due to icy road conditions

Some areas got up to 3 inches of snow, with 5.3 inches reported in Rabun County.
