The summer of 2021 will be a busy one for residents living along Petroliaâs Greenfield Street.
Following a virtual public meeting on May 11, crews from Cope Construction were given the green light to begin work on a $1.6-million reconstruction project along the thoroughfare. Plans are for a new road surface, new sidewalks, curbs and gutters, two revamped asphalt parking lots on Walnut Street, a new crosswalk as well as the replacement of water lines and sewer services.
