N.J. blendery moving full operation to former home of eastern Pa. winery

The newest vintage of The Blue Book joined the first bottling of The Blue Book Vanilla, both made by The Referend Bier Blendery, which posted the photo on Jan. 3. This N.J. producer will be bringing its unique beers and the start of a wine side of the operation to the former home of Pinnacle Ridge Winery in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Kevin Danna called this year a “trial by fire,” officially opening his winery in the Lehigh Valley in mid-June.
“It’s all been going exceptionally well though despite these unforeseen monumental challenges,” he said in a recent email.
