PFF shows that Horn allowed just eight catches on 24 targets for 116 yards in seven games in 2020.
The 6’1”, 200 pound junior cornerback recorded 16 tackles (10 solo), a tackle for loss, 2 interceptions, and 6 passes defensed during 7 starts in 2020 before opting out to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft after the dismissal of ex-Gamecocks head coach
Horn earned All-SEC 2nd-Team honors despite his shortened junior season.

A fan-favorite series is coming back to the site as it is officially prospect interview season. For anybody new to the site or for people who need a reminder, every draft season I sit down with prospects that are going to be in the upcoming NFL Draft to talk with them about their off-field accomplishments and some film aspects on the field. While I don’t always talk to star players, I have been able to talk to a few players who eventually ended up with the Colts such as Khari Willis, Marvell Tell III, and Rock Ya-Sin.
(Trade: San Francisco sends their 2021 1st + 2021 2nd + 2022 1st + 2022 3rd to Miami for the No. 3 overall pick)
The 49ers have been patient with Jimmy Garoppolo, but he hasn’t been able to stay healthy. The 49ers have a roster that’s ready to compete deep into the playoffs, but they need a competent QB behind center. Lance fits this scheme perfectly with his ability to play under center, thrive on play action, and get out and throw on the move. With the surrounding cast that Lance has in San Francisco, plus the top-notch coaching, it wouldn’t surprise me if we see Lance enter the NFL MVP conversation within a year or two. His ceiling is that high.

While wide receiver may not be at the very top of the list of needs for the Dallas Cowboys, anytime you can make a passing game even more explosive than it already is, you have to do it.
The Cowboys did just that in 2020 with the selection of CeeDee Lamb with the 17th overall pick. While it’s tough to see them going wide receiver in the first round of the 2021 draft, if an opportunity presents itself to add a big-play, explosive, speed-threat at receiver, they will definitely consider it.
