BRIDGEWATER - A rooftop bar and restaurant is scheduled to open Thursday at the AC Hotel across from the Bridgewater Commons.
The 7,000-square-foot Bradford on the seventh floor of the hotel on Somerset Corporate will have both indoor and outdoor seating.
The Bradford is the vision of Brad Honigfeld, the founder, chairman and CEO of Briad Management Services, which owns several hotels and restaurants in Central Jersey.
