CHARLOTTE, N.C. Charlotte-Mecklenburg detectives say 30-year-old Kenneth Sturdivant is charged for the murder of Brad Kelly after a fatal shooting in south Charlotte.
Detectives say on March 11th they arrested Sturdivant in York County, South Carolina for his involvement in the shooting that occurred in January of 2020, and Sturdivant will be extradited to North Carolina at a later date.
The investigation into this case is active and ongoing.
