Sunday things change with dropping temperatures so cool starting next week. Wind speeds are calm throughout the south bay. The east bay, some of the hills, though, are getting more of a breeze. So gusty east and north bay hills. Some up to 40 Miles Per Hour up to 20 to 30mileperhour gusts until lunchtime in the Higher Elevations. Temperatures now in the 40s for San Francisco. 40 livermore. Santa rosa 40. So no 30s in sight. A lot warmer compared to yesterday but still chilly in the 40s. And heres that visibility. So you can see a bit of fog forming if you are just south of san jose and in livermore. But visibility is okay at least where the gauges are and then theres some working it way throughout the Central Valley locations so it could impact fairfield, some of the valleys this morning but it seems to be too windy especially across the north bay for it to really settle in to those valley locations. Storys soldiers made the ultimate sacrifice. At the steward Air National Guard base where Sergeant Lemm was remembered as a hero. Lemm who is 45 is killed in action in afghanistan last week during his third tour of duty in the middle east come is second in afghanistan. He was also an lapd detective assigned to the top squad. Hundreds of soldiers and dozens of Police Officers along with his wife children and family members were on hand as his body was wheeled off the plane a c17 transport plane for the Air National Guard. He was taken into a hearse and given full military and Police Honors with a Police Escort as it was taken into West Harrison where services will be held tomorrow for him where wake will be held in his local town in West Harrison.
