Picture CDC THE owners of a ‘fully booked’ Clapham holiday park whose extension plans were refused permission by Craven District Council have appealed to the Planning Inspectorate for the decision to be overturned. In October, councillors turned down plans by Adams Park Homes to add an additional five timber clad, single storey holiday lodges to its Great Harlow View site.
