Adult, was in lane three of traffic right around 1 30 this morning when he was struck. There were three lanes of traffic closed during the investigation early this morning. Now, the driver of the tractor trailer did remain on the scene. There was a car were told by police in the area but it was not registered to the man who was killed in this. So theyre not sure whether he was associated with that vehicle, whether there was a breakdown situation or Something Like that and thats why he was along the road there in the lane of traffic there. Theyre still trying to piece all of that together and they have not yet released the mans name.
