MANILA - The daily average of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases went down by 10 percent for the period Sept. 5 to 11, the Department of Health (DOH) reported Monday. From 2,449 per day recorded from Aug. 29 to Sept. 4, the number decreased to 2,197 daily in the recent week. The latest case bulletin showed there were 15,379 new cases and 300 verified deaths. Of the additional deaths, the DOH said 108 occurred from Sept. 9 to 11.
