bottom lines. the border wall key here. where does the spending fight stand? the president drew a $5 billion line in the sand. not going to go there. where are the votes? it looks like they ll get an extension. it could push it off another week or two. discussions ongoing on that front. you hit at the key front. right now, republicans and democrats are about $3.6 billion apart on wall funding. a lot of mistrust and some degree of animosity between the multiple players in terms of how to find a path forward. the open question is the top line number. the president has asked for $5 billion in border wall funding. democrats in the senate agreed to a bipartisan measure of $1.6 billion. how do you bridge that gap behind the scenes? negotiators have been trying to get some iteration of that top line number for the president while still allowing democrats not to have to say they spent $5 billion on border wall funding. where does that stand right now? i can tell you according to
likely opponents. he tells a story that he apologized to her and he was nothing but a character trait we don t see with donald trump. so far the oldest and closest allies are in the eu. he is under a ton of pressure from republicans on capitol hill, big business and companies, bottom lines being effective. he is holding a big statement. he says he is finding a solution. he will say this is the art of successful negotiation but clearly he is reversing course here from the trade war rhetoric that he was in. when it comes to russia we saw him in helsinki side with vladimir putin over the u.s. intelligence community as to the matter of election meddling.

saw throughout this whole week has been a show of unity against the president s remarks, not just on specific nfl players but the nfl as a whole. the nfl has done a lot. and the players in the nfl has done a lot in the communities. and i think most of the players took that to heart as an attack not just on the nfl and players that are deciding to peacefully protest, but also that the guys stand for, and your families, it s much deeper than what the president has touched on. and i think that the guys are now starting to understand this and speaking out more. and i hope this galvanized and inspires many, many more players to be open and to really help push forward whatever issue that it is they want to do to help this country become a better place. a lot of the nfl owners came out in support of the players this weekend. are they really invested in the movement do you believe? or just worried about their bottom lines? now especially that the president is trying to in sight
