KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here on Tuesday (July 26) dismissed an application by the Malaysian Government and four other parties to stay the execution of a judgment regarding the payment of damages amounting to RM3.1mil to a man who lost the head of his penis in a botched circumcision 12 years ago.
KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court ruled that the delay by medical personnel in attending to a man's injury, who lost the head of his penis in a botched circumcision 12 years ago, had extinguished all hopes of a successful surgery in saving the injured part.
KUALA LUMPUR, April 7 A 22-year-old man who lost the head of his penis in a botched circumcision 12 years ago, was awarded damages, totalling RM3.1 million, after the High Court today allowed his suit against the government and four others. The other four defendants are Kuala Lipis.
