Central Cowley is getting two Controlled Parking Zones. Pictures is a an existing Controlled Parking Zone in Marston. Picture: Ed Nix. TWO more controlled parking zones will be coming to Oxford, this time in central Cowley. The two new zones were signed off on Thursday at a council meeting, by Yvonne Constance, cabinet member for transport. The Central Cowley West Zone will cover Crowell Road, Bartholomew Road and adjoining streets.
