KGAL buys 27 MW wind farm from Boryszew
DWF advised the ESPF 4 fund managed by KGAL on the deal. KGAL acquired 27 MW wind farm project from the Boryszew Group.
The special AIF KGAL ESPF 4 closed at the end of 2019 with 750 million euros in equity commitments and has already invested over 85 percent of its capital. The Fund is managed by KGAL, a leading independent investment and asset manager with assets under management of approximately EUR 11.2 billion and assets under administration of EUR 4 billion.
Boryszew is one of the largest industrial groups in Poland and a globally operating manufacturer focused on automotive industry, processing of non-ferrous metals and on chemical sector. It has approximately 10,000 employees in 36 manufacturing plants located in 12 countries on 4 continents. Boryszew is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996.
