A BOUTIQUE hotel has shared an artist impression of what its new reception and Pavillion building will look like after its renovation work. Rothay Manor in Ambleside is set to undergo a number of renovations after plans were approved by the Lake District National Park Authority earlier this year, including: a new hotel entrance off of Borrans Road (A593) and new car parking facility to the North of the site, the demolition of the existing bungalow and replacement of a new build hotel bedroom and spa facility building. As well as this, the hotel plans on removing the existing conservatory extension to the main hotel building and undergoing landscaping to the north of the site and front of the hotel.
