PHILADELPHIA – The Borough of Yeadon has denied allegations of gender and race discrimination from its former Borough Manager, arguing that it simply did not renew a contract with the plaintiff’s employer.
PHILADELPHIA – Yeadon’s former Borough Manager has filed a complaint alleging instances of gender and race discrimination she faced during her employment and before being terminated, litigation which the Borough and its co-defendant removed to federal court.
MEDIA – A local woman who alleged she was seriously injured at a Flag Day event in the Borough of Yeadon nearly four years ago when the support poles of an event tent were uprooted from the ground by a wind gust and struck her in the head, has settled her claims with the Borough and other defendants.
