A coalition of Borno youths, who applied for recruitment into the Nigerian Security Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) has called on Governor Babagana Zulum and the National Assembly members to address the alleged lopsided recruitment against Borno State indigenes into the paramilitary agencies.
