Construction on Riverside Drive from Audubon Drive to Arnett Boulevard is underway to replace an aging underground water main.
Installation of the pipe will require excavation in the street and the public right of way. Lane closures may be necessary.
Crews will be working Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The project will take approximately four months to complete.
In addition to City personnel, the following contractors will be working on the project: Boring Contractors, Inc. (construction contractor), Grindstaff Underground (construction contractor), and Cable Protection Services (underground utility line locator).
