The Nahoon Estuary Management Forum says it is taking BCM to court for the fourth time, to stop raw sewage from spilling into the Nahoon River, this time from Nompumelelo township in Beacon Bay. “The river is disgusting and is not getting any better,” Border Canoe Club chair Christopher Batting said on Tuesday.
