Boone County man arrested for child pornography Courtesy Boone County Sheriff s Office, File br and last updated 2021-02-19 17:51:42-05 WALTON, Ky. — The Boone County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Walton man on charges related to distribution and possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Randy S. Duke, 40, was arrested Friday for sharing more than 3,000 images of child pornography. Duke was identified through a file-sharing network by an undercover computer operated by the Campbell County Police Department. When Boone County deputies arrived at his Walton home, Duke attempted to conceal his electronic equipment. He later admitted to authorities that he uses software to download, distribute and view images of young girls in various states of undress.
