DAYTON, Ohio The new year didn’t bring the St. Bonaventure University women’s basketball team better fortune as the Bonnies fell to 1-4 on the season Friday at University of Dayton Arena, suffering a 56-47 loss to the Dayton Flyers.
Poor shooting from St. Bonaventure was the story of the game. In the first A10 contest of the season for both squads, the Bonnies shot an underwhelming 29% from the field, while the Flyers shot 41.7%.
