The SA Human Rights Commission will probe the DA's claims that the government had delayed land reform by not distributing rural communal land held under trusts.
A little over two months after the Equality Court ruled in favour of the EFF that the song 'Kill the Boer' did not constitute hate speech or incite violence, the party is set to be hauled before the same court once again.
"We are not caving in; we are given two options which is to investigate or take the matter to court," says the SA Human Rights Commission, which maintains that "it is very clear that what they did incite violence, incite harm, and it propagated hatred."
