Duterte is yet to be fully vaccinated, his spokesman clarified on Friday night, after it had been earlier announced that the president had received his second jab against COVID-19. Palace spokesman Herminio L. Roque, Jr. issued the clarification hours after he had said that Presidential Security Guard (PSG) Chief Jesus P. Durante III was correct when he told the state-run People’s Television Network that Mr. Duterte had already received his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine made by Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd..
