Arlo Parks leads the nominations for the 2021 AIM Awards with four nods.
The 20-year-old singer is the front-runner at this yearâs Association of Independent Music Awards, which will take place on August 25 with a virtual event co-hosted by Tiffany Calver and Jamz Supernova.
Arlo has been nominated for Best Independent Album for her debut album âCollapsed in Sunbeamsâ and Best Independent Track for the single Hopeâ, as well as Best Independent Video, and UK Independent Breakthrough.

Nominees for the 2021 AIM Independent Music Awards have been revealed today, with Arlo Parks and Working Men’s Club among those up for top prizes.
Those two are shortlisted in both the UK Independent Breakthrough and Best Independent Album categories, while Arlo Parks is also in with a chance of Best Independent Track thanks to Hope, as is Katy J Pearson with one of Live4ever’s top tracks of 2020, Take Back The Radio.
