The Bombay High Court noted that delays in completing infrastructure projects such as the Mumbai-Goa National Highway project, not only caused difficulties to the citizens, but also burdened the State exchequer
The Court directed the domain registrar to file a disclosure affidavit containing details of the persons and entities who registered the domain name which had allegedly infringed the ZUDIO mark.
“How can officers be so unmindful? With the kind of bollards that are installed, a person using a wheelchair is unable to pass through it,” the Court remarked.
The Court held that once the chargesheet for IPC offences is filed within time as per Section 167 CrPC, no right to default bail subsists only because MCOCA offences were invoked after the chargesheet was filed.
