Victory Brewing Co. opened its newest taproom this week at 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. The Chester County-based brewery's newest brewpub is its first location in Philly. Located at The Terrace on 18th, the 14,000-square-foot facility has at least 30 craft beers on tap at three different bars, a street level beer garden and a rooftop patio with views along the Parkway.
