Milford Commercial Club Treasurer Susan Reiser (left) recently presented Nathan Hinshaw (right) of Arnolds Park with the grand prize in the 2023 Holiday Fantasy Raffle drawing, which was held during the celebration in Milford on Dec. 2. The winner had the opportunity to spend the $500 prize at any Milford Commercial Club business member. Hinshaw chose Boji Junction in Milford.
