they march terminated over by mccormick place. they attempted to push all the way into mccormick place, police didn t allow that. we saw bottles thrown over top of the crowd. sticks directed at police. they responded pulling agitators out of the crowd. in the end 45 demonstrators were arrested. several of them were injured but also four police officers were injured. one of them was stabbed in the leg. some we re looking at numbers here. much smaller numbers as the march heads over here toward boeing headquarters. they re at risk of this stage of the game and police and media outnumbering the demonstrators, jon. jon: i guess that is a good thing. mike tobin in chicago. mike, thank you. jon: there are some new concerns for the pro-obama super pac called priorities usa action. according to the federal election records released last night the independent
chaos in chicago as thousands protest the nato conference that is taking place in that city. wfld chicago reporter with more on what the city is bracing for today. how are things looking today? right now nice and quiet. it is very early on the market. protestors will gather as they get ready to step up at 9:00. their plans today is to head to the boeing headquarters a place they say they have shut down. hid quarters shut down its own business for the day telling employees to stay home. they don t want to encounter looking at right now. no telling what is going to happen yesterday. this was the scene in chicago as chicago police geared up in riot gear and then had to hold the protestors back at the convention center where the world eights leaders are meeting for the nato sum mitted.
